Orissa Minerals closes securities trading window ahead of quarterly results release As on : 14-Sep-26  20:10

Orissa Minerals Development Company Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange of India, and The Calcutta Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from September 14, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
